-Units are made to order, therefore Turnaround time can take up 2-3 weeks. You have 24hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. Once your order is placed, after 24 hours all sales are final.

-ALL units come with bleached knots, two combs and an adjustable band.  Closure units come ready to wear!

​-There are no returns accepted unless HFB determines we are at fault for an unsatisfactory result.  

-Aside from natural brown and jet black, no color will be exactly the same, especially highlights.  Curl pattern on wavy/curly hair may vary as well.

-"As is" units are just that!  You are purchasing a ready made unit as it is.  
-Units on sale are a final sale and no additional discounts may be added to an already discounted unit.

-HFB uses USPS to ship.  We are not responsible for lost/Stolen  packages once the order have left our hands.  $100 of insurance is included however you may purchase more insurance by contacting us.
